Hey guys

I have a Beogram CD-6500 that has taken large hit during shipping. The case has a small small crack on the back left corner and the back right has a small dent in it. It does not power up at all. I have opened it up and and when I plug it in, the CD lens moves a little (just a little rock) then stops. I have have checked the fuse, and it is fine. When I opened it, it the transformer cover was a little displaced (only a little). My stepdad tested the voltage and things and the transformer seems to be getting power. Does anybody have any ideas? Everything looks like it is the correct place, nothing lose, snapped or rattling.

I was hoping to get it fixed locally but nobody seems to want to go near it.

Thanks

Mike
