HAVING HAD A BEOLIT 707 FOR ROUND 8 YEARS I HAVE QUESTION REGARDING THE BASE PLATE
WERE THEY ALL BLACK AS THE ONE ON MINE IS SILVER AND I DON'T THINK IT WILL BE THE ORIGINAL ONE.

OTHERWISE MY UNIT IS IN EXCELLENT COSMETICAL ORDER AND WORKS AS NEW.

You tell us, you have a silver base plate and then you ask if they were all black ... huh ?
The base plate should be black on Beolits with black eloxated aluminum chassisand silver/grey on Beolits with natural eloxated aluminum chassis.The holding pegs likewise.
Wanted ads must be placed in the Private Wanted forum section for which a mimimum membership levelof silver is asked.
Oh, and please, no need for shouting (caps lock off please).

Thank you for the reply and clarification.
By all Black I meant on the 707 model which i thought only came with a Black chassis so the one on mine was probably from a different model which is why i asked the question.
Caps off from now on as i wasn't intending to shout and will look out in the ads for the bits i need.
