I am getting ready to order a 32 in V1 for my bedroom. I am trying to decide how to mount it. Has anybody used the ceiling mount where it hangs from cables?

I have seen and mounted them from the ceiling. If you have few sources it will look pretty cool. I personally feel that unless you get crafty with STBBrackets or fabing your own if you have a lot of sources connected to it, it can take away from the concept.
Ah, you know... A little B&O here, a little there
If that's all you are going to connect, I'd say go for it
Have you downloaded the installation instructions from the B&O website. They show the requirements.
We are very pleased with the side hinged wall mounting despite no powered option . It gives the tv some feel of extra substance .

I have my new V1-32 wall mounted with the side hinge.
Looks great - I'm very pleased with that.

There is a tv - and there is a BV
It comes with the stand but if you choose a different one , like the wall bracket, you only pay the difference instead of buying it later and having one you don't need.
V1 ordered. Now to decide on stand.
The stand is extra!
Razlaw:Ordered the ceiling bracket today.
Guessing your ceiling joists are spaced 12/18 inches apart so I am sure it would be easy to find them and suspend your new BV from them.
Enjoy your new B & O.
BeoGreg:Of course you'll post a pic of your new toy...
I must admit, every time I visit my dealer, the BeoPlay V1, in black, with the green fret, grabs my attention. Although I have a BV10-32, this would be my choice if I was going for another 32".
That is my 'new baby' - in a former kids room, which is now guest room/second living room/'office'....

Hi elephant,
had to look up what (the f**k) is AirBNB first - did not know that
(You always learn new things writing on BeoWorld )

Sorry - I am not, but it might be worth concidering.
Maybe we could even organize an 'AirBNB for BeoWorlders'!
I have the 40" V1 in my bedroom and I think it is the optimal size. It also has the built in "subwoofer" so it has good sound and no need for extra speakers. I don't want a lot of things in my bedroom so for me that is crucial. The 32" is probably better for ceiling mounting since it is lighter but I don't know. Just think you should think about the size and the speakers.
