I'm having an issue with my Beovision 11 and it's DLNA player, "Home Media". It does play subtitles embedded in the video files (SubStation Alpha and SubRip subtitles), but not until the movie is skipped, fast-forwarded or rewound.

The subtitles are turned on in the TV's menu, but they simply won't show up until the movie is skipped.

Have you noticed this behavior?

Yes Sir, same problem for me with a hdd hooked up on the USB port.

To have the subtitles appear with mkv files I need to fastforward the file first.

I thought it was my mkv files fault not the tv !

I haven't done the last update and it´s really a little issue.

I think it´s only on mkv big files for me, it didn't happen with smaller files.

The latest update doesn't fix it. I agree it's a minor issue, but that's also one that B&O should be able to fix it easily. It still bothers me, especially on a €11000 TV.
