I've asked a simple question to my dealer : can I replace my BL8000 with BL18 and have the sound from my BV11 WISA wirelessy on the speakers and the sound of my BS9000 wired ?

The answer is no, you can only have one source with or without wires by a special switch.

There is no "automatic detection".

A shame, it would have been easy for me. I whant Spotify from the Tv it's WISA on BL18, I whant a CD from BS9000 it's powerlink on BL18.

Well, I suppose you can do this in two ways. Either you get the NL adapter so that the BS9000 is connected to the BV11 via Masterlink/NL. That way you can send the audio source to the speakers wirelessly.

If you don't go down that route you could stick to your BL8000 and buy the Powerlink-Wisa receivers and use a powerlink switch to switch between the active sources. I think there is an adaptor that makes this automatically.

@BeoGreg  -  Not relevant to your question, my dealer did me an offer a couple of weeks ago to swap my BL8000 for BL18, minus 1000 euro's. Did you get that deal also? It came by email.

Yes I got that offer two but it´s a little less for my 2000/2001 BL 8000 : 800 €.

But like the BV 11 offer I can keep my speakers.

I wanted to avoid the NL/ML converter cost.

But with a converter I can connect everything with wires wich I prefer in fact.

I'm looking forward the BV11 update with netradio.
