Hi everyone,
I hope somebody can help me with my problem. I recently purchased an ouverture then just a few days ago I connected a beolab 3500 via masterlink.
suddenly this morning after switching the systems on the ouverture doors open but when I select any source function(CD, radio aux etc...functions) the side lights flash once and the doors shut and stays in standby.
any information would be appreciated
Try powering off the system for a few minutes and see if that re-sets it. If not looks like a job for the service department.

Didn't pay a great amount for the pre-owned ouverture and was trying to avoid costly service engineer charges.
guess it's the usual case of buying pre-owned and feeling a bit stung.
was hoping for a quick easy fix.

Does anybody else have any suggestions?
some new information has come to light. It seems like the children may of hit the front of the ouverture with a ball and knocked it. Not sure if this is relevant but any information would be appreciated.
