erandlux:Hello guys, Do you know wich model of older beomaster like a bm 7000 or older have a timer facility like the one on an ouverture, a different wakeup time for each day of the week ? Thanks for your answers Eric
The BeoCenter 9500 can also be programmed in this way but only with a two way remote like the Beolink 5000 or 7000.
Hi Eric
the Beomaster 5000,5500, 6500 and 7000 have a timer faclity as well as the Beosound 2500 which is the early Ouverture.also the older BeoMaster 6000 an 800 have a limited timer facility..

Beomaster 8000 has no clock and therefore no timer functions.Beomaster 6000 has a timer function but it can't be set to a different time each day.

Also, Beomaster 5000 & 5500 do not have a separate timekeeping IC, so they will lose the time & date if mains power is interrupted. Timers themselves will be preserved (the memory IC has a backup battery), but they're not going to wake you up at the expected time if you had a power break...
6500 & 7000 will keep all settings over a power break, but the MCP cannot set very complicated timers, you will need a BL7000.

I can ad to the 6000 and 8000 that a suiting Beocord do have timer options for playback and recording
