Is it possible to control one device through the mlgw via rs232 (radiora2) and another over IP? For example

I want to control my jvc projector which has IP controllability through the MLGW by creating the custom strings for it.

Anyone using an mlgw for both ra233 and IP control at the same time?

Unfortunately that's apparently more complicated than I thought.

I have the code for the jvc projector I want to use but u can't get the mlgw to connect to it.

I used the custom strings and set the static IP with a defined port in the router but no luck.

I wrote custom strings for radiora 2 many years ago before it was inbuilt. I can't get the projector to come online with the mlgw though.

I`m using RS232 on my MLGW for curtain control via a Lintronic 108 relay board - works perfectly. I can control curtain via IR with Beo4/6, via virtual buttons on Beolink app and via a third-party KNX (via ethernet interface) visualization system. But I can`t say anything about custom strings via ethernet...
