There is a brochure with the Beovox 5000 in it but I have not seen an actual manual - doesn't look as if Frede has one either. I take it you heve been on Frede's excellent web site.

That will be interesting to see.

With my Frede restored set, I received a personalised book and inside that there are lots of bits of setting up info, specs and pictures.  It will be interesting to see how much is from the same source.

Dave.

If I can find the booklets, that is.

Peter:
I take it you have been on Frede's excellent web site.

Of course, although I find it hard to find anything, so I have to use Google!

I have a manual for Beovox 2500 Cube and for Beovox 5000 in English.

I can send you PDF files if you still need the manuals.

Frede,

if you have those, it would be great to get them on the 'products' section as they aren't there yet.

Dave.

Hi,

Frede has kindly sent us the pdf manuals.

Thanks to him!

Should anyone want to sell the real things though...

Thank you my friends.

I am little bit late and I don't know if it is already obsolete but finaly I found some time to look in my "B&O manuals library" and found something (maybe it is the same what you got from Frede, than sorry).

Here the scans of the first pages. If somebody is interested to get the pdf-copy of those, please write me back.

Best regards, Theomaster

Yes, me! The first one, especially. The second one in colour, Frede's copy is black and white!

Thanks, much appreciated!

Hi all,

I scanned the manauals and here they are (I think it is simpler to try it on this way as to send them per e-mail to all of you):

Beolab5000_DE-Kopie.zip

Beovox_5000-4000_DK-EN-DE-Kopie.zip

I hope it works.

Best regards,

Theomaster

That's nice, thank you. Did you notice that you chose a very low resolution?

Hi Jacques,

I hope that is what you was looking for. I know the quality of the scan is not the best of but I did it quickly, without lot of effort, to send you all the required manuals as soon as posible.

I scanned the manuals in big resolutions (single pages as jpg and png) but than I have resized them to lower resolution because I wanted to have a pdf of few MB and not the monster with 100MB. In my opinion in this way the pdf is more simple to download and to make a quick look in the manual.

Of course, if you (or somebody else) want to have full-resolution images, I can send them to you per mail and you can rework or do with it what ever you want.

BR,

Theomaster

P.S. I found yesterday also the service manuals for Beomaster and Beolab 5000. I can scan them to if somebody is interested in. But it will take some time (few days I supose) because I am very bussy at the moment.

Frede: Unfortunately I don't have the manuals you are looking for.

Hi,

Usually I scan at 300dpi for my pdf files and they are not very heavy, although very sharp, ready for quality printing. About 1Mb/A4 page seems about right but even less is possible if the scan is poor in graphics.

Thanks again, Theo.

P.S.: You do have my email address!
