How do i pull up the service counter menu on a Beovision 4-50?

How do i pull up the service counter menu on a Beovision 4-50?

 

Also B&o was kind to forget my cables, What cables do i need to connect from beosystem 3 to tv.

Please note i have no cables so would need all please, The manuals dont help :/

In the guide on page 4 it shows:

DVI cable, IR cable and serial cable are needed to connect a Beovision 4 50 to a Beosystem 3.

There might be a set you can buy from B&O or one of the sponsors of this website/forum.
