I own a Beoplay V1. Yesterday I was going to watch a movie and it did not start. The green light lit but nothing more happened. If I tried to turn it of the V1 did not respond at all to that command. I made it powerless for a few minuts and tried to start i again. The same thing happened. I also tried to make it powerless for a longer period of time so that I had to use the pin code. Now the light flashes red and no respond from the tv at all.

I´m going to call the B&O dealer during the day. Was thinking if anyone else has been trough this problem or if it could be a software problem. Some update that made the V1 behave like this?

Have a nice weekend everybody.

It is/was probably just updating.

Was it set to automatic updating?

Yes it was set on automatic updating. But that is supposed to start during late night hours when you are sleeping. Maybe something happened during the night if the V1 was doing an update. Guess I have to ask the dealer what to do. The V1 was on all night flashing red. No respond this morning either.

A short update. B&O had to change the "mind chassis" on my V1. Most likely something happened during the update mentioned in my post above. B&O could not connect to the mind chassis in the V1 for some reason. It seems that there where not many that got the same problems as me. Maybe I got unlucky. Anyway B&O solved the problems for me with no hesitation at all.
