So, I bought a Beolit 12 a couple years ago. Last May it stopped charging. Did all the tricks: hardware reset and reset to factory resettings, no improvement, so got it exchanged through BeoCare. Now my replacement unit, owned since May and with the battery only used a few times, is having the exact same problem.

Am I just having bad luck or is this a design issue with the whole Beolit 12 line? One reason I buy B&O is due to product longevity, so this is disappointing. Hopefully it's still under warranty, but fear I'll get yet another bad unit. Do other Beoplay products have quality issues as well?

One good thing is that I've never had airport connection issues, perhaps due to me using Apple routers.
