It's happened again. The volume button has fallen off our newest Beo4 and it's a replacement for the original which came with the V1 . Can you buy the button ?

Has the navigation edition got a different volume button?
The volume button itself on the Nav version is exactly the same design.
I haven't heard of this problem before with the volume button as I thought the rubber there was quite secure. The buttons usually only deteriorate either over a very long period of time or if people (kids?) pick away at them absent mindedly whilst holding the remote!
You can purchase a Beo4 keypad set and fit is yourself quite easily - the disassembly instructions are in the Beo4 manual on this site. Should only cost about Eur 20.
Thanks Guy. I can't understand why this has happened twice now to this controller when it's our fourth , the fifth when you consider it's a replacement .
But then I could enquire about Remote One controller....
Took the remote into Bromley B&O and Kevin there has ordered a part and will make a warranty claim . That's service for you!
