Hi all, I have a question for the group. I have a Beo 5 and a Beosound 9000. When building my Beo5 configuration, I used the profile from the tool for the 9000, however it seems that some functionality is either missing or doesn't work. Namely, I would like to be able to select "Aux" on my Beo5 when external components are connected (I/e iPhone, RX2) and also, I want to be able to select which disk I want to play and switch between disks using the touch screen. Am I missing something? I mean I would assume that the factory functions loaded into the config tool should work with all Beosound 9000 cd players.
Any insight?
Hi Mike,
in the tool you are able to create your own buttons to your specific needs. I.e. what you write above is absolutely possible. In the "Edit" screen, just create new buttons and assign the relevant commands you would like to have (look at an existing button if you are unsure what to input).
It is relatively easy once you get a hang to it.
