BL9 scammer?

Complete with a Lifestyle AV photo and a minus 1 feedback score saying the BL9's previously advertised were a scam! Nice try again from someone whi is obviously desperate and not very bright:

The listing finished but they have appeared another two times at least. eBay removed them after I reported them. He sold them last week then they reappeared yesterday!
