Beovision 7-40 on 7-55 motorised floor stand

I know it is quite weird question, but I am into buying a motorized floor stand for my 7-40 and Beolab 7-4. Since 7-55 is definitely something I will consider in the future (currently out of my budget) and I have an opportunity to buy both stands (for almost the same price). So, my question is: is it possible to mount 7-40 on 7-55 stand? I mean, is it technically (mechanically) possible? I've studied photos of both and I couldn't find any substantial difference (except 7-55 stand being a bit taller and the gap between the TV and 7-4 will be more obvious and interlink cable too short maybe :-) ).

Any suggestions?

The stands are designed specifically for each size of TV. Although they look the same the 55" version has a much bigger mount for the screen, the base plate is 560mm in diameter versus 495mm and the height is 112cm versus 102cm.
