Hi Guys and Girls,
Have recently bought a STB controller for my BV3-32 and installed it, but the TV doesn't seem to recognize the STB controller (6pin cable installed on the main control board red top right connector and plug socket in the appropriate place). In the TV's menu, I can't seem to find any STB menu, nor can I select STB in the connections table. Any idea anyone?
It should be recognized automatically.
Enter the servicemenu to search for the software versions.
I assume that you disconnected the BV3-32 from the the mains. Check the fuse on the controllerboard.

Fuse seems to be OK
The software versions are as follows:
06 IC3 (AP): SW 6.41
06 IC2 (IOP): SW 17.1
32 IC607 (AC3): SW 2.3
EEPROM ver.: 005
Type: 8800
Does anyone have any idea on how to get this to function properly?
