Woke up this morning and my BeoVision 11 was already powered up with a message on screen stating a problem has been detected with three options, 1. Restart, 2. Software Update and another which I don’t recall, so selected option one and just shut down, tried to turn on and you’ll hear the attached speakers click on and the scrolling Bang & Olufsen, then the screen will go blank and turn off again, it’s on the stand which will not move during this time.
was hoping someone else has had this issue and it was just a simple fix because I doubt I’ll be able to get an engineer in.
Thank you all

Thank you for replying Fansastic, yes I left it a hour unplugged for a hour turn it on again and the options appeared again but this time I clicked on the factory reset at the bottom of the menu, resolved it just had to redo all my settings, add cabled speakers and multiroom linked speakers like the BS1 and BS35
