How can I use my Beolink1000 to switch my Overture to the Aux input. ?

For audio aux try [shift] + [radio]

Or if you don't have a Beovision TV, program the Ouverture to audio option 2 (with system in standby, SOUND - 2 - STORE), and from then on you can simply press TV for the same effect.
