Hi,
With Christmass 2011 I bought a Beovision 7-40 3D with table stand. A few months later I bought the original motorised floor stand. Problem is that the Beovision does not recognize the motorised stand. In the menu, there is no such item. With the remote as well, I cannot operate the stand.
Electrically, everything should be fine. When I turn on the Beovision 7, the stand aligns the TV's angle.
What can I do ? Some sort of reset ?

It is worth having a word with your dealer as to whether or not it requires a software update.
I know one was required for the motorised stand for my 7-55 3D which was delivered to me in February this year.
Have you tried simply unplugging the screen and stand?
Plug the stand back in and then apply the power.
If it isn't that then it must be sw related, strange things.
