Been using iPlayer etc wirelessly with no problems, but now when I press DTV , nothing happens.  I get 'Deezer' (whatever that is....Spotify replacement?) fine, so I assume the connection is OK.  Any ideas, please?   The router is fine, as I 'm getting everything else, Ethernet, iPad as normal.

Me too, lost Webmedia on both the V1 and BV11 last night. I have asked my dealer if there has been any software released applied yesterday.

When I press W Media it seems to be working again on my BV 11..tho it said about 2 hours ago that an updating was being effected so I presume it has now finished that process.

DTV OK now, so it must've been a software thingie.

DTV OK now, must've been a software issue.

Yes, dealer told me there was an outage at B&O side, which is now fixed.

I did not even notice that Smile

But do tell me, what that has got to do with 'press DTV, nothing happens' as was written in the initial posting?

DTV was the hard button assigned to webmedia.

Ah, you know... A little B&O here, a little there

Yes, DTV is the hard button I have assigned to web media.  It's the default, as is 'Deezer' (was Spotify) for the CD button.

if it was a problem at B&O, does that mean they're continually monitoring activity on my set?  Or were they trying an update or something?  I know if I take my Audi to a dealer for service, it connects to Audi  in Germany somewhere and interrogates the ECU, as well as downloading the latest software version, so wiping any mods. if you've been being naughty.  All without telling you, which I think is a bit rich - I've bought the thing, I'm not renting it.

B&O don't own the webmedia platform I believe it's an LG platform. LG makes updates to it direct through B&O. Basically, there is/was an update to webmedia and B&O simply pushed it to the TV.

Sorry!

I re-assigned the buttons to what I needed/to my sources, as I set up my V1,

Didn't remember that DTV was the 'default' for 'Web Media'.

'Web Media' does not deserve it's own hardbutton Stick out tongue

I use DTV for my AppleTV box, which is used much more.
