Hi everybody!
Long time no see. My BL9s have been out of action and discraced to the confines of a wardrobe as i'm quite sure one of the tweeters is fried which I assume is from being played at a high volume for too long. :(
I just wanted to ask if anyone has done a repair like this on a BL9 or if you have any insights you could share. I have forgotten what good speakers sound like to the point where I come home to use the OLD avant (which is my master AV centre atm) and am relieved by how good it sounds lol Now I know that is just not right! I'm seldom enjoying my music now, I need my BL9s back and in action.I also am curious, should I really be paying for this, or is this a manufacturing fault? I wasn't listening to the music at full bore, and the tweeter gradually died over a number of days, while the other one is perfectly fine.
