I intend swapping the lid lift from an old BC7000 to my BC7002 It just about works in the BC7000 and I intend cleaning it up and adding new Kilopoise 0868G The good BC7002 set is missing all lift parts. Any advice is welcome.

Has any one repaired one of these?  What problems did you have. How much grease should I use?  Any help advice welcome. Has anyone correct lift parts to sell?

Normally a thin streak of grease of each side of the damper plate will do.
What parts are missing?

Martin

Hi Martin, The piece that is fixed to the lid is broken and the curved piece is missing.  parts 2021 and 2040 in the Beocenter 7000 manual, I think 2021 has the large hole.   The spring is still there I presume it has not lost any strength.  Please Email me if you have parts to sell.

     Regards, John.
