If I buy one of these (above), can I plug it into the back of my beo center 2300 and will it then give it wireless capability so I can connect (wirelessly) to a BeoLab 3500 Main / Stereo Speaker?

 I am not technical, I am just a music fan with ears that need perfection! thank you

No - is the short aswer....sorry!

It is a receiver - you can send audio wirelessly from a bluetooth enabled device (such as a smartphone) in order to hear it through the audiosystem (your BC2300/connected speakers).

The BL3500 is a link room speaker.

You'll need a MasterLink (wired) connection to hear anything through that (this requires a ML/MCL Converter for the BC2300).
