Please Help me with VeoBision 12-65 to BeoSystem 3

Hi. Would anyone know the steps of setting up a BeoVision 12-65 to a BeoSystem 3?

The BeoSystem 3 powers up the green lights comes on for 5 seconds or less and then turns off. That BeoSystem 3 is completely new and I can not prove either that the Beosystem 3 not light or making the mistake to comment on them before.

 

If anyone can help me please , I would appreciate.

Do you hear a clicking sound from the BV12?

Connect a computer screen with a HDMI cable or a DVI cable and see what happens.

If no succes, contact your dealer?

I mean:

Connect a computer screen on the BeoSystem 3 with a HDMI cable or a DVI cable and see what happens.
