Beogram TX2 arm stuck after operating half a record

Hi.

Just bought myself a TX2 which was functioning just until the arm had to return after playing the first half of the record.

Now it's stuck and I don't know what to do.

Anybody know if this is a known issue and what the fix is?

While it's torn apart is there anything worth servicing? Since I in that case might as well take my precautions.

I am in correspondence with the seller regarding this too.
