Beosystem 7000 CD

Hi Folks,

I recently turn up my beloved Beosystem 7000 CD + AMPLI in black and white and notice a strange problem on the CD compoment :

Upon inserting a disc and pressing play, I heard the CD spinning, sometime its gets till the AMPLI display the index of the tracks, but it always shuts down automaticaly before playing. I try numerous CD, both paid one and one I made myself, and I observe the same behaviour.

I have the chance to own the CD+AMPLI setup both in black and white, I made several tests and the 2 CD units seems faultly (needless to say, I am trying to sell them and last time I test them, they were working...).

Do you have an idea of the problem ???? I am clueless on this. Any help will be appreiciated :)
