BeoGram6000 won't spin on 33rpm

greetings again,

after the problem of  'no audible sound' after 'start' there is new trouble:

when I press 'start'  the arm moves over, lowers , sounds seems present when carefully tickling the stylus

but the platter does not spin !

pressing '33 rpm' for cleaning also does not get the platter spinning.

if I change over to  '45rpm'   it spins normal ??

I suspect the SIEMENS relay as the whole thing started with 'no sound', then this seemed to have settled,

sound was resent but after some hours of testing sound suddenly dropped out again, came back again ?!?  

to put it simple: I don't know what is going on with this "super buy"

can some of you enlighten me with great ideas or even solutions ??
