Pardon me for bringing up what might be a simple matter of a BL11 needing repair - but I am suspecting it may be a BV11 issue and was hoping some of you may have had the same experience.
I have a BL11 attached to a BV11 - everything has been working fine untill recently, where the BL11 has started to send out a low humming tone when the BV11 is turned on and the BL11 is activated. The BL11 does send out the correct bass signal - but also this strange humming tone. The odd thing is, that if I disconnect and then reconnect the mains (i.e. power) from the BL 11, the humming is gone and the BL11 works fine. Next time I start the up the BV11 - the humming noise is back.
This is not a cable issue and it happens maybe 3 out of 4 times I turn on the BV11. Any ideas what this might be - just the BL 11 needing repair or the BV11 sending out a corrupted signal?
