Beocenter 1 Not working

Hi all, I have a Beocenter 1 which is not working. The red standby light is illuminated when plugged in but will not respond to the Beo 1 remote or my other Beo 4 remotes which I know are working.

 

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Check the option setting and program it to 2. This should work then. Greetings,
