Generally, the older things are worth what people are willing to pay.
You can't look vintage B&O things up in a catalogue but you can collect some kind of
statistical info over time if you keep a close eye on Ebay and the likes.

For a good condition MD8 I'd say about a tenner or two. Maybe three if you have the box and manual too.
