Can second that on this product, really fits in with the B&O styling.

Another option is to use an Oppo BDP 103 BluRay player, run your set top box into it, get a universal remote, and let the Oppo do video switching and surround decoding. Seen that work often. The Oppo has line level outs for all 5.1 channels, which should work well with a Beolab 14 setup, and get you the smallest amount of additional equipment.

I'm afraid I'm recovering from the BeoVirus. Sad

Nice - but not very futureproof in terms of 4K etc.

There is a tv - and there is a BV

BeoLab 14 5.1 where's the atmos.

Touché my little turtle Big Smile

BTW future proofing, let's face it has never been B&Os strongpoint.

Anyhow using the audiolab I'm already sending 4k to my TV via my lovely 4k matrix whilst enjoying the seamless audio delights of the 8200ap and the lovely sounding 14.

4K etc was meant as a comment on the video-output, not the audio-output!

And - of course you can do tricky things with a Matrix.

Dolby Atmos would require a newer generation AudioLab prepro - after all it came out about 3 years ago.

As for the 'BeoLab 14 5.1 where's the atmos' - take two of them SmileBig SmileSmile
