beo remote one problem with beosound moment

Hi,

i have problem with my beoremote one, it doesn't work with my beosound moment

i press music then select deezer or radio but the moment doesn't react

some help please

Hi,

Do you have it connected to a Beovision?

Have you configured the sources correctly in the Beovision?

Find it in the FAQ's on the B&O website:

How do I set up BeoRemote One for use with BeoSound Moment?

In order to use BeoRemote One for your BeoSound Moment, you must add the product ‘BeoSound’* to the BeoRemote One LIST.  If you use BeoRemote One for more products, you must select the product ‘BeoSound’ via LIST before you can operate its sources. See the BeoRemote One online guide for information on how to switch between products using BeoRemote One.

* You can also rename your product if you want, see the BeoRemote One online guide.

To add ‘BeoSound’ to the BeoRemote One LIST button …

  • Press LIST and use the navigation button to bring up ‘Settings’ in the BeoRemote One display, then press the centre button  
  • Use the navigation button to bring up ‘Advanced’, then press the centre button
  • Press the centre button to select ‘Products’      
  • Press the centre button to select ‘Show’
  • Use the navigation button to select the product to show or hide, such as BeoSound
  • Press the centre button to switch between show or hide (no selection)

I assume, that you have pressed the center button, after you have selected 'Deezer'/'Radio'?

It should start the last played title/album, that you listened to via Deezer respectively the last played radio station.

Does skipping to next title/station work - when already playing - using the Remote One?

Can you control the volumen using the remote, when the Moment is already playing?

Does PatternPlay start by selecting 'PatternPlay' on the remote?

Also, you must add Beosound to LIST on your BeoremoteOne.

You do that under LIST / Settings/ advanced /products/show on the BeoremoteONE

ok it works now

I haven't select beosound in the list menu
