Hi there,
Apologies if this is an idiotic question to ask, but -
My dads Beosound 4 has suddenly developed a life of its own, and constantly decreases its own volume. For example, if we set it at volume 60, and watch it for 15 mins, its visibly decreases its volume by 1 every 30 seconds or so, until it is on volume 0. The display even shows its decreasing point by point.
Can anyone explain to me how to stop this happing? I've reached out to the B&O retailer we brought it from but have no reply. Any advice would be much appreciated!
Thanks
I had the same problem with my Beosound 4.
Remove the front glass, and turn it 180 degree (top become bottom)
Remove the power cord, slide the glass all the way up (same position when you load a cd )
and push it back with both hands (one hand at bottom, and one at the top) it will release smooth.
I hope it will help.

I'm wondering why this happens in the first place, i HAD a BS4 (swapped for a BS3200 which suits me better )....and honestly speaking the B&O build quality is not there anymore.
Just my 0,02 cents.
