Hi, I plugged the 7pin din plug from the cd 3500 into the cd input on the Beomaster 5500 but of course it did not work!! I always liive in hope! does anyone know the connections to the 7 pin plugs so that i could re solder them to make it work? Or is it not that simple! Hello everyone I'm a new boy of 84 had my first Beogram 1000 in the 60's after I had worked on computers for some years - valve of course! Now been retired for 27 years but still like to dabble- end of boring bit - Would be grateful for any info or where to obtain it.Regards to all John.

It should work fine. Maybe the cable is faulty?

It should work just fine.

Suggest you have a problem with your CD player or the DIN plug

You pointed me in the right direction many thanks. So simple I'm   almost ashamed to tell you that I had plugged the cd into the gram socket - got disorientated looking from  above so everything was reversed except my brain which was in dumb mode -la vie est dure n'est pas! Regards John.
