Beocom 1 called ID

my caller ID on my 5 beocom 1 were was working fine until June 27, suddenly no more caller ID

it is not the phone company, that I checked already

 

any suggestions, is this a problem with the base?

Hi Ingrid, I would try another phone that has caller id to prove it is on your telephone line before chasing after a fault on your bc5.
