I broke an embouchure, addressed to representations they refused to help with my country of (Ukraine) to me, wrote to the world support, they told that aren't engaged in it, and so I don't understand, really the company doesn't care of the clients, earphones don't cost $1000, but I am the same client as well as other people! Why nobody wants to help me with purchase of a simple embouchure for my Beoplay H2???

What exactly has 'broken'? Has a piece actually come off or is it a replacement ear pad? I couldn't work it out from the word you used. Maybe a picture would help.
Normally your B&O dealer should help sort it out. Are you expecting a warranty claim? Was it registered when you bought it for a warranty? How old are they?
B&O do care about their clients so I can only assume you've not spoken with the right people, or there is an issue that they cannot fix?

Wrote to me from technical support, I answered them also all... on it everything ended, explain to me, only I am not wanted to be helped with the solution of a question, or such "reputable" company so treats all clients why to the simple buyer from the country which has not the best times, month nobody wants to help me, all answer, what it put not them, ADDRESS TO our REPRESENTATIONS IN YOUR COUNTRY, and your representations to me in general don't have business, as well as to you is similar, I ask only an embouchure, what difficult to sell it to me??? really didn't bother to send you me to whom me still to write, to your management?

Dogs tend to like that stuff. I´m not sure they are available as spares, but support should be able to answer on that. You may also try Facebook. Bang Olufsen are very responsive there, I must say.
