Dear all,

I have problem with the sliding doors of my B&O Ouverture. If I move my hand in from the light comes on but the doors do not open. My logic sais that if the lights come on the IR sensors still work OK. I do not hear the motor of the doors running I've cleaned the doors, platic and sensors. I've cleaned the electronic switch that is actuated by on of the wheels. Still the same problem. If I measure the voltage on the motor while I activate the IR sensors by moving my hand, I measure 0V. So my guess is that the problem is in the circuit board. It seems that the TR14 is little black around the connections.

What is this TR14??

How/where do I order the correct new electrical component?

Your help is much appreciated,

Kind regards,

Bas
