Hi,

one of my Beocom 2s Mk1 (operating with a Beoline) is showing a corrupted display - meaning a whole lot of misplaced pixels leading to a non-readable display. Besides that overall functionality is not effected. Switching off and on does not better the behavior, also letting the battery running empty does not help.

I have to say that this once happened before with this and the other Beocom 2 that I use. However, by some self-healing magic this effect disappeared after a while. This now is not the case any more since I am looking at the unintelligible display for a couple of month already.

Somebody made similar experiences or knows a cure?

I would not call it a cure (Whistle), but if it is corrupted, you can order at B&O a new unit in exchange for the old one for a cheaper price in comparison to buying new without exchange unit.

Also, you could try to update the software of the phone.

Kind regards,

Rolf
