Is there any way to use mk2 powerlink cables to work on beolab 4's .

You get a buzzing from using 2's, problem is ,all existing cables I want to use are in walls / under floors.

I want to avoid running new type 3 powerlink if possible

Thx for any info

Beovision 7 40 mk 5 ,beovision 6x3,   beosound 3000, beogram 3300 , 2 x lc2, 2 x beocom 1401, beocom 6000 x 2,  5 x beo4,

I'd contact Steve at Sounds Heavenly to see if he has a solution. Maybe a short additional length of shielded cable may help. If anyone knows, he will.

Cut of the connector of your MK2 cable and solder on a short MK3 cable with connector on your existing wires.
You need to connect the blue wire (data ground) to the normal ground, too.
Then most of the buzzing should be gone.
