Is there any trick available that might get the Ouverture to release the cassette?
After I inserted the (old) cassette nothing worked, did not run, doesn't fast forward, doesn't do anything. Switching the ouverture off doesn't help either. I don't mind destroying the cassette but maybe there is a more elegant solution.

If I remember correctly, push a little upwards than out.

In storage: Beolab 5000/Beomaster 5000 (1960s).
I tried that again but no success. It feels like I was trying to lift out the whole tape mechanism.
I used a bit more force and got it out.
