Hi,
I have a problem with the new Beosound Moment
I habe connected the Beosound Moment with my DNLA Server (Synology DS2149). The Music Streaming works perfect, but I have a problem with displaying the covers in the "Artist" view. The cover is not displayed. When I open the CD, the cover will be shown.
Is this a Software Problem or normal behavior.

there are two reasons for missing artist-covers. All artist tiles are provided by Deezer - not from Bang & Olufsen. If the Artist is not under a contract with Deezer, there will be no picture from the artist present. Some Artists are strictly against any streaming-solutions. Therefore they don't aprove any use of their pictures or music in Deezers-Database. Other Artists are to vain or not famous enough to deserve a picture in the Deezer-Collection.
For example, I am "missing" the artist-tile from Adoro too. 😎
On the other hand Deezer provides for some(same) Artist different Tiles. One for the Artist on Deezer - one for the same artist in your content. Sometimes - when Deezer owns just one picture of an artist, this picture will be attached to the Deezer-Content-tile. The tile from the same artist in your NAS-content will be grey.
For example. The artist-tile for Adele (NAS-content) is grey and there is a beautiful picture from Adele (Deezer-Content) in the artist-tile. Awkward and not convenient - but we/you have to live with it. 😏
