Dear All,

When listening to CD's on a Beosound 9000 thru a Beovision 5 via Masterlink I'm unable to adjust the sound with a Beo 4.

i press LIST on the Beo4 until A.SETUP is displayed, then GO, then LIST to scroll thru BASS, TREBLE, LOUDNESS, S.STORE accordingly. However when I use the up/down with the the intention af adjusting the sound, it send the CD to the next/previous track instead.......

ive poured through the various manuals but am unable to find out what I'm doing wrong here.

can anyone give me any advice please.?

kind regards

Julian

Just do it directly on the Beosound 9000 control panel.

Hello Julian,

if your Beolabs are connected to BV 5 and BV 5 = V.OPT 2 and BS 9000 = A.OPT 0, you have to adjust bass and treble in sound settings menue of BV 5!

Thank you Räuber,

You have given me the answer! When I press MENU on the Beo 4, the BV5 screen turns on & the menu selections appear on screen.

Kind regards

Julian
