Hi

i have just aquired a beocenter 3300 and have sorted the lack of volume issue but now have a very very weak FM, it is distorted and hardly audible, the AM and phono work fine.

I have also found a dried up belt i believe laying in the bottom of the turntable area, it is not the turntable belt but it about 4 cm diameter with teeth in two areas??

any help would be appreciated

The belt with teeth are for the speed fine adjustment indicator.
That's the small white dot that travels the small dial just above the square turntable operating plate, that
nobody knows is there. The adjustment will work fine without the belt - it's just for the indicator.

The weak FM tuner output... - I'd start with the power supply voltages - replace capacitors on the regulator board.
