Beomaster 5500 and MasterLink - how do I tie it all together.

Hi,

I have a BeoSystem 5500 (BeoMaster 5500, BeoGram CD 5500, BeoGram 5500 turntable, BeoCord 5500, MCP 5500, and BeoLab Penta I's).  I want to expand my system into other rooms and I'd like to incorporate new B&O products, like the BeoLab 3500.

What do I need to connect my older equipment with newer equipment.  I've been reading about DataLink, MCL, ML, PowerLink  It's all a bafflement to me.  Can some one please explain this to me?
