Hi
I am new to this forum so apologies for my lack of understanding.
I have recently purchased a BeoLab 14 5.1 to connect my existing non-B&O AV equipment (TV & Pioneer VSX 930 Amp), but I am totally confused on which cables I need in order to connect the BeoLab 14 to my amp.
I have purchased the following cable http://soundsheavenly.com/bang-olufsen/65-rj45-powerlink-compatible-to-twin-phono-cable-output-from-new-bo-devices-to-amps-receivers-etc.html but due to the number of RJ45 connections on the underside of the BeoLab sub, how many do I need? Is this even the correct cable for my setup?
On the B&O website, I have downloaded the two page PDF which displays the above cable but doesn't stat which port this needs to be plugged into or how many are required.
Any information would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Depends a bit on what connections you have on your receiver. Think its quite clear from the manual how to do it:
http://www.bang-olufsen.com/en/customer-service/product-support/loudspeakers/beolab-14
Livingroom: BL3, BL11, BV11-46 Kitchen: Beosound 1 GVA, Beocom 2 Bathroom: M3 Homeoffice: M3, Beocom 2 Library: Beosound Emerge, Beocom 6000 Bedroom: M5, Essence remote Travel: Beoplay E8 2.0, Beoplay EQ, Beoplay Earset
It seems my Beolab 14 hasn't come with a D-SUB cable and the source time for a local reseller is Feb 2016.
Cable Name - multi-cable beolab 14
Part Number - 6271248
I only have 2 Sub Pre outs on the AV receiver & 1 RCA in. Is anyone else able to source the D-SUB sooner?
