I looked this up and it really sounds intriguing almost like a B&O Concierge service.
So, I called my dealer who had never even heard of it.- - therefore this must be an incredibly well kept secret.
I would have thought that it was created to be sold to customers and create revenue and badly needed profits.
I will try to find out more next week, how much it costs etc.

we tend to forget there is more to design than designing.
This is quite a new service - but all dealers were made well aware of it in Budapest in September...
Maybe in the United Kingdom/Europe, but clearly not in the good old USA- quite a shame really because this service would really ring very positive over here.
Just called the store in Virginia which I know is a corporate store - they had never even heard of this.
I wonder if this is not rolled out in all markets around the world yet ?

B&O is truly its own worst enemy.
So, I followed up on this and after calling 4 dealers and getting the same answer " what are you talking about?" I knew this is a system problem, and I followed up with the service team in Denmark as well as their local team in Chicago.
This program, at least in the USA is not ready and exists in name only.
Apparently each dealer needs to sign up not only with Bang and Olufsen but also warranty providers who will stand behind any claims.
At this moment of time nobody has actually signed up for it and therefore this program does not really exist.
I have recommended to management to remove any references from the web site until they actually have something to sell.
this is a service that should be offered with all Bang & Olufsen products from the beginning, you pay a top price and this sort of thing should be expected, obviously excludes the Play range.
The title page says personalized installation, page 7 excludes personalized installation.. obviously in some cases there are an exception, eg a complicated install with wall mounts and chasing cables
