Beomaster 4400 should the stereo light blink when switching off

I have beomaster 4400 and when I switch it off the stereo light switches on for a second as it switches off it does not of my other one so I am wondering which one is not working right ? 

if anyone knows would be much appreciated

The stereo light does not blink on mine though the overload lamp lights just a little.

What the electronics do as the supply voltage drops is not predictable.
If everything works as intended when powered on, I wouldn't worry too much about it.
