Avant 55 Deezer app hangs after 40+ minutes

I have a Deezer account and so I am trying out the Deezer app on the Avant 55.

Now for the second time the app hangs after 40 minutes. I started to play an album but before the album was finished the playing stopped.

When tried to play the next track nothing happened.

After some more clicking with the remote I got a connection lost error on screen.

Leaving the Deezer app to for instance netradio works fine. Returning to Deezer gives a hanging black screen.

Probably have to restart the BV somehow.

This is after the Spotify problems the second important app that does not function well.

Bad quality control of B&O.

And customers suffer because B&O hypes the support of Deezer and Spotify but in the store you will never notice it just does not work well enough to be usable.

Disappointed.

you are not the only one

The deezer app crashes on both V1 and avant 55. Beocare says it is deezer's issue which probably is out of their control which is not good enough. I want to move back to Spotify as the app is better on the BO TVs.

 

I wonder if this is a widespread problem.

 

 

 

On the other hand I played the deezer app on the avant yesterday for about 2 hours. I had no issues. That was the first time I tried it because I found a special somewhere 3 months deezer premium for $0.99.

If it's an app issue it would be good if the user has three ability to uninstall and reinstall apps
