from what I can find it was made in 1970, and is 40watt per channel from Austria so I think it is just a cheap imitation of the beomaster 3000 made a year before, does anyone else know anything about this receiver, it also takes speakers as low as 4ohm so I was wandering is a lot of the circuit design is an exact or as close as legally possible copy of the beomaster 3000 ?
Well, you are asking a Bang & Olufsen enthusiasts forum about a product that is clearly not from Bang & Olufsen, soI'm not sure how much you expect us to be able to tell you about this receiver. If you ask me, it looks a bit cheap'ish with its all-plastic sliders and round pushbuttons. - Could be ITT or a Philips subbrand or something like that.I wouldn't expect it to have something extraordinary inside.

Is it not a steuergerät perhaps?
